Terms & Conditions
By booking a class, course, or session with Colour & Clay, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings and Attendance
All bookings are subject to availability and a minimum number of participants.
A minimum of three participants is required for a class to go ahead.
In the unlikely event that a session does not reach the required number, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the class. In such cases, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your session, you may request to reschedule your booking provided that:

you contact us at least seven (7) calendar days in advance

rescheduling is requested only once per booking
Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be changed again.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked session will result in the full fee being retained, and the booking will be considered used.
Finished Work and Collection
Participants will be notified when their work is ready for collection.
Finished pieces must be collected within 14 days of notification.
After this time, we may not be able to store the work, and pieces may be disposed of.
