Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the smooth running of our sessions.

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least seven (7) days in advance

• Cancellations made within seven days are non-refundable

• Bookings made within three (3) days of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Once a session has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable

If Colour & Clay cancels a session, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• a transfer to another available date
